Terms governing erhun.com.tr, B2B product and technical information, quotation and sample processes, the 2-year warranty, intellectual property and liability.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of erhun.com.tr and its related language versions and pages. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the provisions relevant to your use.

  • If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that entity.
  • Where mandatory law or a separately signed agreement contains a different provision, that law or agreement takes precedence.

2. Website Purpose and B2B Nature

Erhun is a B2B manufacturer of furniture and sofa mechanisms and furniture equipment. The website provides corporate, product and technical information, enables quotation or sample requests and, for eligible products, links to external sales channels.

  • The website alone does not create a sales, supply, distribution, agency or other commercial agreement between Erhun and the user.
  • No website content should be treated as approval for a specific application or as an instruction to commence production.

3. Product and Technical Information

Product names, codes, dimensions, variants, images, videos, comparisons, installation diagrams and PDF documents are published to support product evaluation.

  • Before commencing serial production, tooling, upholstery or furniture design, the current technical documentation and application suitability must be confirmed by Erhun in writing.
  • General presentation details may change as products are improved; approved orders are governed by the written specification and order confirmation agreed between the parties.
  • Screen, print and photography conditions may cause perceptual differences in color, surface and proportion.

4. Quotation, Sample and Order Process

Quotation, pricing, sample, contact or career forms submitted through the website create a request record only; they do not constitute acceptance, stock allocation, production scheduling or a delivery commitment by Erhun.

  • A binding commercial relationship is formed only when scope, price, currency, delivery terms, lead time, payment and technical conditions are confirmed in writing.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sample approval is neither a serial-production order nor a commitment to a specific performance outcome.
  • The validity period and commercial terms of each quotation are stated in the relevant quotation document.

5. Warranty and Product Responsibility

The general warranty period for Erhun products is 2 years. Coverage, commencement, notification and inspection procedures are assessed together with the relevant sales document, invoice, product documentation, written agreement between the parties and mandatory law.

  • Claims involving incorrect selection or application, faulty installation, use beyond rated capacity, unauthorized modification, unsuitable maintenance or normal wear are reviewed for the specific product and incident.
  • A warranty review may require the product code, invoice or dispatch details, application images and records describing the issue.
  • These Terms do not remove rights arising from mandatory law that cannot be limited by contract.

6. Marketplaces and External Sales Channels

Some products may link to third-party platforms such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada or Amazon. The purchase is completed on the selected platform, not on the Erhun website.

  • Price, stock, payment, delivery, returns and platform services are subject to the marketplace's current terms.
  • Where Erhun is the seller, product-related obligations are assessed under the platform order record, sales documents and applicable law.

7. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website design, texts, trademarks, logos, product designs, mechanism geometries, technical drawings, photographs, videos, catalogs and data structure belong to Erhun or the relevant rights holders.

  • Downloadable documents may be used only to support product evaluation, purchasing, application and installation processes.
  • Without Erhun's written permission, reproduction, commercial publication, copying for design or manufacturing, reverse engineering or removal of rights notices is prohibited.

8. Responsible Use

The website may be used only for lawful, legitimate purposes that do not compromise system security.

  • Uploading malware, bypassing access controls, disrupting the service or misrepresenting identity or authority is prohibited.
  • Systematic data collection, bulk downloading, automated crawling or republication of website content in a database requires prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Turkish law. To the extent legally valid, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İnegöl (Bursa) have jurisdiction over disputes between Erhun and merchants or professional users.
