KVKK Privacy Notice

Privacy notice prepared by Erhun under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Erhun Metal Furniture and Accessories Inc. as the data controller within the scope described below.

Personal data processed

The following personal data may be processed for product information, quotation, sample, job application and contact requests submitted through erhun.com.tr.

Identity information: Name, surname.
Contact information: Email address, phone number, company name.
Job application information: CV, education and work experience, position preference.
Request information: Quotation, sample and product information requests and message content.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, requested page address, server/security logs and browser-storage preferences.

Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the following purposes.

Responding to product promotion, catalog and technical information requests.
Managing quotation, sample and product information requests.
Evaluating job applications and managing human resources processes.
Maintaining customer, dealer and supplier communications.
Ensuring website security and performance.
Fulfilling legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties in compliance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

To hosting, email and server service providers for technical infrastructure.
To authorized public institutions and organizations where legally required.
To relevant departments for evaluation in job application processes.
Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial gain.

Collection method and legal basis

Your personal data is collected through forms on the erhun.com.tr website, email correspondence and phone calls using automatic and non-automatic methods.

Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quotation and business relationship processes).
Legitimate interest of the data controller (product promotion, website security).
Explicit consent of the data subject (job applications, marketing communications).
Fulfillment of legal obligations (legal retention periods).

Data retention period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and within the statute of limitations prescribed by relevant legislation.

Data whose processing purpose has ceased is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with legal periods.
Quotation, sample and product information request records may be retained until related commercial processes are completed.
Job application data is retained for a reasonable period after the application is concluded and then destroyed.

Your rights under KVKK

To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
To request information if your personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK.
To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
To object to a result arising against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application method

KVKK requests may be submitted with information and documents suitable for identity verification through one of the following methods.

Written application: In person at the registered office, through a notary or by registered mail.
Registered electronic mail (KEP): erhunmetal@hs01.kep.tr
Electronic application: To info@erhun.com.tr using a secure electronic/mobile signature or an email address already registered in company records.
The application must include identity and contact details, the subject of the request and any supporting documents required under the applicable procedure.
Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; the KVKK Board tariff may apply where processing creates an additional cost.
