Frame and cushion compatibility
Fixed and removable seat or back cushions affect opening geometry differently. Cushion thickness, fabric allowance and frame tolerance must stay outside the mechanism's motion area.
Two-seat, three-seat and lounge modules may belong to the same family, but their technical dimensions and intended bed function require separate verification.
Check before serial production
Place the prototype sofa against the wall and test standard seating, opening and bed positions in sequence. Record upholstery pinching, floor contact, wall rubbing and left-right component alignment.
